Getting Started

Register as a user on the Papyrus Fixed Asset Cloud. You will then be able to select the Fixed Assets application. Define the Asset classes, locations, custodians and their departments. Also define asset sources and statuses. Specify whether custodians have the ability to create assets, edit the, move them from one location to another, or transfer them to another custodian. You are then ready to capture your assets

Load your Fixed Assets

Login to the Papyrus Fixed Asset Cloud. Create a Master Asset and the number of Asset Items you have of that asset. Allocate asset numbers to them, descriptions, location of the asset, cost, source, status and the custodian of the asset. Print barcodes if required. Start tracking your assets, the value of them and where they are located. Scan in pictures of the asset, the value and source of the assets

Track your assets

Start tracking the life cycle of the asset from the creation of the asset. Move the asset from one location to another or transfer the asset to a different custodian. Authorise asset transfer requests or assets moved to your location. Track its movement in your organisation, where the asset has been located and who has been the custodian of the asset. Full audit trail and history is provided for every asset. Print the many PDF reports or export to Excel by Asset Class or Location, Custodian, Status, Department.
